When will my order ship?

Orders placed before midnight Eastern Time ship the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive 3 to 8 business days after they ship. You get an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States.

My tracking hasn't moved

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your label is created. If nothing has changed after 3 business days, write to us through our contact page with your order number and we'll look into it.

My parcel says delivered but I can't find it

Check with neighbors and around your building first. Still missing after 2 days? Contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
